The short answer
If you regularly use both, compare how the controls work together. Rift combines shooting modes with Auto and Custom dribbles, which is one reason it leads our complete-package ranking.

Compare Rift with other 2K27 scripts →Compare control choices, not move counts
Rift’s Dribble Mode offers OFF, AUTO, and CUSTOM. The custom menu lets you assign moves to D-pad directions. Up and down offer BTB Spam, Curry, and D Book; left and right offer B Break, Escape, and Momentum. The important question is whether those controls fit the moves you want to use.
Look at the transition into a shot
A dribble feature is not only the move in isolation. Check what happens when you stop the move and shoot. The supplied Rift file lets shooting interrupt a scripted dribble, keeping the input paths organized. That describes the script behavior; the animation you see still depends on the in-game setup and conditions.
Keep the first setup simple
Learn one dribble and your main shooting path before filling every direction. Save the build and add another move when the first transition feels understandable. A complete script earns its place when the extra tools are usable, not when the page lists so many names that you cannot tell what to press.
Quick reference
